Hello!  My name is Jackie and I am on a journey to change the world.  I have started by changing me.  I dropped out of a four year traditional university, where I was studying Music Education, and obtained my Associates Degree in Office Administration and Management.  A few years later (20+) I went back to school to obtain my BS in Business Administration.  I graduated one year prior to my oldest son graduating from college.

In 2018, I obtained my CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) designation and attended my first IAAP Summit.  I am not finished changing and thought, I should bring you along.  We never take a journey alone.  We might physically, but mentally, we bring everyone who we have ever encountered with us.

Many people have shared with me tips, tricks and insights that have helped me on this journey.  I want to share with you what I have learned, am learning and hope to learn both professionally and personally.
